A Gourmet Dinner At Nuances Restaurant, Followed By Amazing Fireworks

My private tour in the Casino de Montreal is very interesting and teaches me many different things that I never knew about operating a casino. My learning experience followed by the opportunity to sample the hospitality of the first-hand casino Alexandre took me up to the top floor of the casino and sent me to Benoît, a different restaurant manager, a gourmet casino restaurant.

I have a perfect table with a window with a beautiful view overlooking the St. Lawrence River and the downtown Montreal skyline. The sun just started to set and all the scenes were bathed with the golden shades of Benoît, even taking me out to the terrace at the top level of the casino, offering no completely obstacle view, 180 degrees of Montreal and the entire island. A comment The Casino de Montreal is one of the best places to view Montreal's skyline.

The difference is a fine restaurant that has been praised to receive up to 5 coveted CAA rewards. The 72-seater restaurant offers a modern atmosphere and highly dedicated staff. When I get the convenience, Gérard, The waiter for my table, led  "not as pleasant "-bouche  "The starter plate, dominant frozen goats, cheese in ice, in the decline of apple cider. The mixture of sweet and tart flavors will definitely get my taste and have them ready for a surprising cooking yet.

As a appetizer, I have enjoyed mixing salad, vegetables and lettuce with vegetables chips, and cherries vinaigrette This quarantine comes with three kinds of breads with butter made of home made of heavy creams. Gérard explaining that French baguette bread, hazelnut/honey/Raisin Bread and also known as Lodeve bread from the south of France.

I also have the highest point at the difference ' three cellar wines: the wine cellar behind the bar has carefully arranged wines according to the region and type of wine. One cellar holds rare and very expensive wine. I asked for instructions Benoît's to select the main course as well as the wine to match. He strongly recommends me to try the Chilean sea bass. The black rice that comes with the fish is called the  "Forbidden rice ", since only the Chinese emperor was allowed to eat it Benoît, who introduced the German glass of Grezo to go with this dish.

Shortly after I got the food and enjoyed the delicate flavour of the sea-bass sound along with mixed vegetables such as wild asparagus and cutting parts. Dried fish in soy wine sauce is made with wine from Jura in the French region, Savoie, some drops of parsley oil, rounded of complementary flavors.

While I would have to hurry out soon to go to fireworks, which will start at La Ronde Amusement park, Benoît assures fast arrival of my dessert: Jello Muscat wine with strawberries combined with jelly, pepper and Sichuan on the chocolate base with P istachio sauce, delicate treatment, we have the opportunity to visit the kitchen to meet the chef who prepared my delicious dishes. As I got back to my table and got the mess Benoît dropped by the  "Petit four ",  "little oven " Of baked pastries including biscotti, fruit jelly, pistachio, jelly and chocolate. I just like a creative French vocabulary that uses the  "mind-bouche " and  "Petit 4 " is the perfect description for these delicacies.

This multi-course meal is combined with a high-quality personal and attentive service and a beautiful view of the Montreal make my evening at a very special experience difference and the exact highlight of my journey. When I had to leave Benoît take me private into the main entrance of the casino, he flagged the taxi to me to make sure I could make. It's time to fireworks at La Ronde, the staff at the Casino de Montreal, going out of their way to make this evening a memorable experience.

My five-minute taxi took me back across the bridge to Ile Sainte-Hélène that my driver dropped me out to the front of the main entrance at La Ronde La Ronde, a theme park of Montreal and opened. For the first time in 1967, as part of the Expo 67, which is the world's location, Montreal is located on a real map of the day.

My seat provides a perfect view of the phenomenon that is coming soon and a huge crowd filled with expectations. What seems that thousands of people are located inside the La Ronde amusement park in different seats, and thousands of people are planning to admire the fireworks from the Secantier Bridge.

Fireworks today are part of a series of races called "L ' International des Feux Loto-quebec ", which has a schedule of musical events at 10 between June 17th and 29th July 2006. This fireworks festival is held as the best art during the 3rd and 1st days of celebrating Canada's wonderful day in Montreal. While I sat in the subway in the way back from the Chinese property, I realized that I would have only a few hours in this beautiful city before my train was going out tomorrow. Just before noon but I am committed to take advantage of every minute here to discover another aspect of this fascinating city and sneak in the last walk of the city before the departure of my trip.
